As Senior Vice President of IDI Logistics’ West region, Charlie McPhee is responsible for all leasing, disposition, acquisitions, and development in the western United States. During his career, Charlie has developed over $3 billion of real estate in industrial, office, self-storage and retail. Since joining IDI in 2018, Charlie has overseen over 7 MSF of developments, 2.2 MSF of acquisitions, and over 12.6 MSF of lease transactions in California and Washington.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Shawn oversees all financial aspects of the business, including FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, finance and IT functions. Shawn joined IDI Logistics in 2013 after the merger with Verde Realty where he served as Chief Accounting Officer and VP Finance. Prior to Verde Realty, he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte where he worked primarily in the commercial real estate industry.

As Director of Capital Deployment and Leasing, Tony oversees all acquisition, development, disposition, and leasing activity in the Dallas/Fort Worth market for IDI Logistics. He also supports IDI investment activity in Austin, Houston, Memphis, Nashville, and San Antonio markets. During his tenure at IDI, Tony has underwritten and drafted investment memoranda for 5.2 MSF of development approvals totaling $644M in Austin, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Inland Empire, and Memphis. He has also completed over 1 million square feet of lease transactions.
Tony has a BSBA degree with a finance concentration from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has passed the Level II CFA exam. He is a member of the National Industrial Perspectives 6 – NAIOP National Forum and sits on the NAIOP North Texas Developing Leaders Board, currently serving as Treasurer.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Matt is responsible for leading the company’s disposition strategy, driving portfolio optimization, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Mark oversees all of IDI Logistics’ capital deployment and operations in the U.S. Previously, Mark was Senior Principal at Molto Properties where he oversaw Molto’s entry into the development arena and expansion beyond Chicago. Prior to joining Molto, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer of McShane Development Company and Managing Director for AMB’s Midwest Region. At AMB, he ran an operating business with more than 40 million square feet of industrial assets that were vertically integrated from in-house property management to acquisitions and developments. He also worked at First Industrial for more than 10 years in various positions.
