As Senior Vice President of IDI Logistics’ West region, Charlie McPhee is responsible for all leasing, disposition, acquisitions, and development in the western United States. During his career, Charlie has developed over $3 billion of real estate in industrial, office, self-storage and retail.
Since joining IDI in 2018, Charlie has overseen over 7 MSF of developments, 2.2 MSF of acquisitions, and over 12.6 MSF of lease transactions in California and Washington. Charlie graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.A. in English.

As Market Officer, Brandon is responsible for land sourcing, building acquisitions, entitlements, and leasing efforts in Northern California, Seattle, Phoenix and other West region markets. Since joining IDI in 2019, Brandon has entitled over 500 acres with FAR supporting over 9 million square feet and acquired 2.1 MSF of buildings.
Prior to joining IDI Logistics, Brandon was Senior Vice President at Simply Self Storage (under a Brookfield opportunistic fund) where he oversaw and contributed to development of self-storage properties, investing $285 million in nine states.
Brandon received his B.A in Business Finance from California State University at Fullerton. He is a member of NAIOP and is a California State-Licensed Broker.

Brian joined IDI Logistics in January of 2021. As Vice President, Head of West Region Construction, he is responsible for leading the West Region’s construction team through site selection, entitlement, design, and construction. Since joining IDI, Brian’s team has been responsible for delivering over $730M in industrial warehouses and infrastructure which accounts for approximately 5.2 MSF of new development. Brian is currently overseeing industrial projects totaling more than $985M in various phases of development for an additional 5.8MSF of warehouse space.

As Vice President of Construction, Aaron oversees construction of IDI Logistics’ West region developments, managing both the general contractors and the design team. He also works closely with the market team in development pursuits. Since joining IDI Logistics, Aaron has been responsible for the delivery of over $570M of development.
Prior to starting with IDI Logistics in 2019, Aaron worked for three different general contractors over 14 years in project management. He has experience in constructing tilt-ups, tenant improvements, commercial & retail structures, and even a park for a residential community.

Anna oversees the leasing and asset management of IDI Logistics’ Los Angeles infill portfolio, currently comprising 7 MSF of assets across Southern California. She has been responsible for 1.7 MSF of leasing within IDI’s operating portfolio and has contributed to and assisted with strategic dispositions totaling approximately $151 million.
In addition, Anna provides multiple levels of support to the Los Angeles office, further assisting in leasing and development efforts across the Inland Empire and Northern California markets.
She received her BBA in Marketing from Southern Methodist University and is working toward her CCIM designation.

Peter leads capital deployment and asset management for IDI Logistics in the Chicago market, playing a key role in sourcing and underwriting new land and development opportunities. He oversees asset strategy recommendations and execution while managing third-party leasing and property management teams to maximize portfolio performance. Additionally, Peter is active in capital deployment in the Phoenix market on both acquisitions and development, and led IDI’s initial investment in the market.

As Director of Capital Deployment and Leasing, Tony oversees all acquisition, development, disposition, and leasing activity in the Texas markets for IDI Logistics. During his tenure at IDI, Tony has underwritten and drafted investment memoranda for 6.0 MSF of development and acquisition approvals totaling $750M in Austin, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Inland Empire, and Memphis. He has also completed over 1.7 million square feet of lease transactions.
