Tim Moore

Senior Vice President Central Region

Tim is Senior Vice President and Regional Director for IDI Logistics’ Central Region, a 14 million square foot portfolio serving markets including Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Cincinnati, Louisville, Columbus, Indianapolis, Memphis, and Nashville. Based in the company’s Memphis office, Tim leads all capital deployment and operations efforts for the region, including building acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management, along with land acquisition and development.

Tim holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Rhodes College in Memphis.

Jeff Smith

Vice President, Co-Head of Development

As Vice President of Development in IDI Logistics’ Central Region, Jeff is responsible for the development and management of IDI Logistics-owned land estates in the Chicago market and Houston, Texas. In addition, he oversees building development in those markets, including design and construction.

With over 40 years of experience in construction and development, Jeff has overseen the development of more than 20 million square feet of warehouse/distribution facilities and over 1,500 acres of land for IDI Logistics. He has managed the design-build construction of more than 20 million square feet of warehouse distribution and office facilities in his career.

Steve Golumbeck

Vice President of Development

Steve joined IDI Logistics in 2022 with over 20 years of experience in commercial construction, development, and real estate. As Vice President of Development, he is responsible for site due diligence, land purchase, design, and construction of Class A bulk warehouses in the Chicagoland and New Jersey markets. Steve is also part of the IDI ESG and Concrete committees which analyze IDI’s carbon footprint and how we can improve upon reducing it.

Steve received a B.S. in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. He currently serves on the Chicago NAIOP Legislative Committee.

Tracey Rubach

Director of Development and Marketing Administration

As Director of Development and Marketing Administration, Tracey provides administrative support to the Chicago market office, managing day-to-day operations along with oversight of the office’s business activities. Tracey is also responsible for overseeing the Marketing & Development Coordinator function for all of IDI. While based in Chicago, she frequently assists other IDI market offices in times of transition or challenge.

Tracey began her IDI Logistics career in 1996 as a receptionist and was quickly promoted to Administrative Assistant and then to Executive Assistant position. Over the years, her experience and execution have led to multiple improvements across all IDI’s Marketing and Development coordination efforts.

Tracey holds a BS degree in Recreation Administration and a minor in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and playing tennis.
