Tim is Senior Vice President and Regional Director for IDI Logistics’ Central Region, a 14 million square foot portfolio serving markets including Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Cincinnati, Louisville, Columbus, and Memphis. Based in the company’s Memphis office, Tim leads all capital deployment and operations efforts for the region, including building acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management, along with land acquisition and development.

Tim holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Rhodes College in Memphis. He is actively involved with Room in the Inn-Memphis, a nonprofit focused on sheltering those experiencing homelessness in a safe environment of hospitality.

As Vice President, Co-Head of Development, Rob oversees all construction activities from due diligence through project sale throughout the Memphis markets. Since joining IDI Logistics in 1990, Rob has managed the construction of more than 90 projects totaling more than 35 million square feet in the Memphis, Cincinnati, Dallas, Nashville, and New Jersey markets.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Auburn University in Alabama.

As Director of Capital Deployment and Leasing, Tony oversees all acquisition, development, disposition, and leasing activity in the Texas markets for IDI Logistics. During his tenure at IDI, Tony has underwritten and drafted investment memoranda for 6.0 MSF of development and acquisition approvals totaling $750M in Austin, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Inland Empire, and Memphis. He has also completed over 1.7 million square feet of lease transactions.

Tony has a BSBA degree with a finance concentration from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has passed the Level II CFA exam. He is a member of the National Industrial Perspectives 6 – NAIOP National Forum and sits on the NAIOP North Texas Developing Leaders Board, currently serving as President Elect.
