Tim is Senior Vice President and Regional Director for IDI Logistics’ Central Region, a 14 million square foot portfolio serving markets including Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Cincinnati, Louisville, Columbus, Indianapolis, Memphis, and Nashville. Based in the company’s Memphis office, Tim leads all capital deployment and operations efforts for the region, including building acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management, along with land acquisition and development.

Tim holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Rhodes College in Memphis.

As Vice President of Capital Deployment and Leasing, Jon oversees acquisitions, leasing, and property management in the states of Texas, Tennessee, and Mississippi which includes approximately 14 million square feet of industrial space. Jon oversees third party brokers and management teams in the Dallas, Memphis, Houston, Nashville, and Austin markets. Since joining IDI, Jon has completed over 100 transactions totaling over 16 million square feet.

Jon has a master’s degree in real estate from Texas A&M and a bachelor’s in finance from LSU. He is on the board of the north Texas chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) and is a member of the NAIOP National Forum on Marketing and Leasing.

As Director of Development, Addison oversees all construction activities from due diligence through project sale across the Texas markets.  During his tenure at IDI, Addison has completed over 1.9 M SF of warehouse/distribution facilities.

Addison is a member of NAIOP North Texas Chapter, and the Developing Leaders NAIOP National Forum.

As Associate of Capital Deployment and Leasing, Tony supports all acquisition, development, disposition, and leasing activity in the Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Memphis, Nashville, and San Antonio markets for IDI Logistics. During his tenure at IDI, Tony has underwritten and drafted investment memoranda for 4.7 MSF of development approvals totaling $580M in Austin, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Inland Empire, and Memphis.

Tony has a BSBA degree with a finance concentration from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a CFA Level III candidate, a member of the Developing Leaders II NAIOP National Forum, and sits on the NAIOP North Texas Developing Leaders Board.
