As Chief Strategy Officer, Matt is responsible for leading the company’s disposition strategy, driving portfolio optimization, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. He is also responsible for identifying new markets, evaluating new potential investment strategies, and maximizing operating portfolio return.

As Executive Vice President of IDI Logistics’ East Region, Matt leads all capital deployment and operations efforts for the region, including building acquisitions,
dispositions, development, and asset management, along with land acquisition and development. The East Region serves the markets of Georgia, Florida, Carolinas, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Breaux holds a BA in Business Administration from Rhodes College, is a CFA Charterholder and is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

As Market Officer, Justin is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and acquiring industrial investments on a regional basis. He is also directly involved in the asset management of IDI Logistics’ holdings in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the Baltimore-Washington corridor. His responsibilities include asset strategy recommendation, execution, and reporting, as well as the oversight of third-party leasing and management teams.

Over his career, Burns has transacted approximately $1.5 billon of industrial, office, and land investments. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the Quinnipiac University School of Business.

Steve joined IDI Logistics in 2022 with over 20 years of experience in commercial/Industrial construction, development, and real estate. As Co-Head of Development, he is responsible for local site due diligence, land purchase, design, and construction of Class A bulk warehouses. Nationally Steve helps facility IDI’s development process and continuous improvement. Steve is also part of the IDI ESG and Concrete committees which analyze IDI’s carbon footprint and how we can improve upon reducing it.

Prior to joining IDI Logistics, Steve was a Vice President at Peak Construction Corporation. He received a B.S. in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. He currently serves on the Chicago NAIOP Legislative Committee.

Ally supports the Atlanta market office, managing day-to-day operations along with oversight of the team’s business activities.  She also provides marketing and administrative support to the Market Officer, VP of Development and the Development Director.  Prior to joining the IDI Logistics team, she worked for Colliers International in Atlanta coordinating all marketing functions for the retail leasing and investment sales teams.
