Steve joined IDI Logistics in 2022 with over 20 years of experience in commercial construction, development, and real estate. As Vice President of Development, he is responsible for site due diligence, land purchase, design, and construction of Class A bulk warehouses in the Chicagoland and New Jersey markets. Steve is also part of the IDI ESG and Concrete committees which analyze IDI’s carbon footprint and how we can improve upon reducing it.
Steve received a B.S. in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. He currently serves on the Chicago NAIOP Legislative Committee.

Giancarlo is a Vice President of Capital Deployment and Leasing at IDI Logistics and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing investment acquisitions within Southern California. Additionally, he is the asset manager for the +6M SF SoCal operating portfolio. In his role within the West Region, Giancarlo has been an integral component of over $2B of deployment, leasing, and disposition considerations. During that time the team has executed on establishing a +13M SF development pipeline and over 1.5 MSF of existing building acquisitions.

As Vice President of Human Resources, Michele is responsible for directing all Human Resources initiatives in key areas such as benefits, staffing, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compensation. As Vice President of Capital Deployment and Leasing, Jon oversees acquisitions, leasing, and property management in the states of Texas, Tennessee, and Mississippi which includes approximately 14 million square feet of industrial space.
