IDI Logistics Unveils Plans for First Development in Charlotte, NC

Rendering(CHARLOTTE, NC) – IDI Logistics, a leading developer and manager of logistics real estate, is pleased to announce a new industrial development in the rapidly growing Charlotte, North Carolina market: 77 North Logistics Center.

77 North Logistics will be a 153,350 SF speculative industrial building located at 12010 Mt. Holly-Huntersville Road. The building features 36 ft ceilings, 28 dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, and a 185 ft truck court with 10 trailer parking positions. The expected delivery of the project is slated for Q2 of 2023.
