08 Aug IDI Logistics Promotes Matt Breaux to Chief Strategy Officer and East Region EVP
(ATLANTA, GA – August 8, 2023) – IDI Logistics, a leading developer and manager of logistics real estate, today announced Matt Breaux has been promoted to Chief Strategy Officer and East Region Executive Vice President.
Based in IDI’s Atlanta office, Breaux will be responsible for leading the company’s disposition strategy, driving portfolio optimization, identifying new markets for investment, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Breaux will retain his responsibilities overseeing the East Region. The East Region encompasses all markets along the eastern seaboard and southeast U.S.
Under Breaux’s leadership, IDI Logistics expanded its presence in New Jersey with several land acquisitions and opened an office in East Brunswick with the hiring of Justin Burns as Market Officer. Breaux also spearheaded efforts to enter the Charlotte market.

Prior to IDI Logistics, Breaux served as Senior Vice President, Market Officer at Black Creek Group, and President at Hibernia Capital. His expertise includes capital deployment, development, leasing, asset management, and dispositions. Breaux holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rhodes College.
