IDI Logistics Breaks Ground on 155,272 SF Class A Warehouse in Piscataway, New Jersey

(ATLANTA, GA – March 23, 2026) – IDI Logistics, a leading developer and operator of logistics real estate, hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, March 18 to mark the official start of construction of a new 155,272-square-foot Class A warehouse facility located at 1551 S Washington Avenue in Piscataway, New Jersey.

The new development will feature modern design and functionality tailored to meet the needs of today’s logistics users. IDI Logistics is also pursuing LEED^Ò Silver certification, underscoring its commitment to sustainability and environmentally responsible development.

Strategically located with immediate access to Interstate 287, the site offers outstanding connectivity for distribution operations. Additional location advantages include:

IDI Logistics originally acquired the property in 2022. The existing office building on-site was demolished in August 2025, clearing the way for the new state-of-the-art industrial facility. Construction is expected to be completed in October 2026.
