Mark Saturno has over 35 years of wide-ranging real estate experience. Since 2016, he has overseen IDI Logistics’ capital deployment, operations, and management of their 52-million-square-foot nationwide industrial portfolio. Mark drives the company’s strategic direction while providing essential support to its six market offices. He plays a key role in leasing, financing, and fostering relationships with stakeholders.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Master’s in Management with a focus on Finance, Real Estate, and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Matt is responsible for leading the company’s disposition strategy, driving portfolio optimization, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. He is also responsible for identifying new markets, evaluating new potential investment strategies, and maximizing operating portfolio return.

As Executive Vice President of IDI Logistics’ East Region, Matt leads all capital deployment and operations efforts for the region, including building acquisitions,
dispositions, development, and asset management, along with land acquisition and development. The East Region serves the markets of Georgia, Florida, Carolinas, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Breaux holds a BA in Business Administration from Rhodes College, is a CFA Charterholder and is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

As Executive Vice President and General Counsel, David oversees all IDI Logistics legal matters and supervises IDI Logistics’ outside counsels. David is primarily focused on IDI Logistics’ leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as financings, corporate governance and compliance matters.

David received his bachelor’s degree from Brown University, and his law degree (J.D.) from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), including its Legal Forum.

Shawn joined IDI Logistics in 2013 after the merger with Verde Realty where he served as Chief Accounting Officer and VP Finance.

Chris has held various and Finance and Investing roles since he joined IDI Logistics in 2011. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst with over 14 years of experience in financial forecasting and investment strategy. Chris holds a B.B.A. degree from the University of Georgia.

As Market Officer, Nick Faber oversees leasing, asset management, capital development and capital recycling efforts for the markets of Georgia, Florida, and the Carolinas. His responsibilities include asset strategy recommendation, execution, and reporting, as well as the oversight of third-party leasing and management teams.

Nick has a BA in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Pennsylvania State University. He serves on The Board of Directors at The Study Hall, an after school and summer camp program serving K – 5th graders in the greater Peoplestown community in Atlanta. Nick is a member of NAIOP, the Commerical Real Estate Development Association.

Steve joined IDI Logistics in 2022 with over 20 years of experience in commercial/Industrial construction, development, and real estate. As Co-Head of Development, he is responsible for local site due diligence, land purchase, design, and construction of Class A bulk warehouses. Nationally Steve helps facility IDI’s development process and continuous improvement. Steve is also part of the IDI ESG and Concrete committees which analyze IDI’s carbon footprint and how we can improve upon reducing it.

Prior to joining IDI Logistics, Steve was a Vice President at Peak Construction Corporation. He received a B.S. in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. He currently serves on the Chicago NAIOP Legislative Committee.
